It was like coming back home in Shimla. Around two years back we had a splendid stay at the same property under the same management. This time around we found the place even more warm in terms of hospitality and personal care. The location is one of the USPs as the view of the green forests and surrounding hills from the room balcony is simply stunning. These are the reasons we planned a re-visit to Shimla and stay obviously at this hotel. Unfortunately, due to the ill-effect of roadside food consumed on our way from Palampur, I was indisposed for a day. Chef Rajnish took personal care and arranged light meals which were tasty and easily digestible. No words are enough to describe our appreciation for the whole team and the leader Ankit Manocha, the GM. This hotel is highly recommended for those who are planning a holiday in Shimla.

One of the best stays we have had. From front office staff to restaurant manager to the General Manager of the Hotel were exceptionally courteous. Loved the “sunset point” at the premises wherein one can relax and enjoy the food. Best part I loved is that they serve local cuisine also in their buffet.

Excellent location ,We had five wonderful nights at Welcome Hotel . Front desk staff, restaurant staff and house-keeping staff (Sonu pathan ) he helped us out exceptionally , all went out of their way ( top-notch standards) delicious food and exceptional customer service. The customer service has been outstanding , particularly impressed with the food quality and the evening music entertainment. A big thanks to chef Ravinder Himanshu and his team for providing such wonderful service , Mr.Manmohan , Mr Atul and Virendra ji all were outstanding . Gagan at reception area have been always kind to help us and make our stay comfortable. Last but not least, big thanks to Mr Ankit Manocha GM who is hands on to make each wish n request of his customers a reality and his team deserve credit for making it memorable for us. Virender, Dheeraj and Gagan thanks once again to go out of the way and treat guests like family.
